"I have two dogs and have previously gone to a couple other local vets offices and was never quite pleased (could never get an appointment less than 4 months out or even a call back if my dog had an issue, who doesn't love phone tag). I am soooo happy I decided to try Salt Ponds because not only are they responsive, but you can really tell how much everyone cares. Not just the vet, but also the techs. Everyone I've interfaced with has been so kind and polite, even enthusiastic to see my Chihuahua puppy! Which obviously we love. I sincerely appreciated how much Dr Klinker listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I'm really really glad to finally have found an office I'm not anxious to take my pups to."
